All calculators run entirely in your browser. No recipe data is stored on our servers. The Service is provided free of charge and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.
Permitted Use
You may use the Service for personal, educational, or small-business planning purposes. You are free to:
- Calculate lye and fragrance amounts for your own soap and candle recipes
- Share links to the Site with other makers
- Use calculated results in your own products and records

Calculated values (lye amounts, fragrance percentages, costs, etc.) are estimates based on standard industry SAP values and formulas. They are provided for planning and educational purposes only.
Always:
- Verify lye amounts against a second trusted source before use
- Confirm SAP values with your specific oil supplier
- Test new recipes in small batches
- Follow all safety guidelines when handling caustic chemicals
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate SAP values and formulas, but we do not guarantee that results are error-free or suitable for your specific ingredients and equipment.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to the source code, design, oil database, written content, and tool logic — is owned by EagleGiz and protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission, except for personal or non-commercial educational use (e.g., screenshots for a blog post with attribution).
Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
